No matter where you are in these areas — our team can come to you!

Booking is simple:
1. Submit a form online by clicking “Book Now” on our website — or just give us a call.
2. We’ll schedule a brief meeting — either virtually or at your home — to learn about your pet’s daily routine and needs. This usually takes no more than 15 minutes.
3. We’ll set up your online account. Once payment is received, you and your pet are ready to begin receiving Royal-level care!

Note: The welcome meeting is optional — you can start services right away if preferred.

Once you sign up, you’ll fill out a short profile about yourself and your pet. Then we’ll finalize the agreement and set you up in our mobile app, which is your all-in-one pet care dashboard.
Inside the app, you can:

• Access all contracts and insurance documents
• Track all services and booking history
• Communicate directly with your walker or sitter
• Receive visit updates, photos, and notes
• Follow live GPS tracking of walks and visits in real time

We’ve designed it to be simple, transparent, and fully tailored to your needs — with full visibility into your pet’s care, wherever you are.

We do not have a physical storefront or office. All services — including meet & greets — take place at your home or in a public space.

We’re available by phone every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Yes! Many of our professionals have experience administering:
• Oral and topical medications (included in your service at no extra cost)
• Some caregivers are trained in giving injections (subcutaneous and intramuscular)

You’ll be able to provide detailed instructions inside your profile after registration, and we’ll make sure your pet’s medical needs are met with care and attention.

Our insurance is here to give you peace of mind. It includes coverage for:
1. Injury to your pet while under our care
2. Damage or harm caused by your pet to others while in our care
3. Lost keys
4. Accidental property damage during our visit

You and your pet’s safety — and your home — are protected.

We always do our best to accommodate your needs — even on short notice. Same-day bookings are often available.

However, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially during holidays and peak season (November to April), to ensure availability.

We lovingly care for:
• Dogs

• Birds (in cages and free-flying)
• Small pets such as hamsters, turtles, reptiles, fish, and more!

If you’re unsure, just ask — chances are, we’ve cared for one just like yours.

We do not offer refunds — only credits for future use.

For standard services (dog walking, drop-in visits, hourly sitting):
• Same-day cancellations: 100% of the service fee is charged
• Cancellations one day prior: 50% fee is charged

For overnight boarding or pet sitting with stay:
• 5+ days prior: Full credit issued
• 2–4 days prior: 25–50% cancellation fee
• Next-day cancellation: 50% fee
• Same-day cancellation: Full service fee is charged
